ProSource Announces Acquisition of IT Services Company, Infitech

ProSource, the tri-state leader in office technology and business solutions, today announced the acquisition of Infitech, a managed network services provider for small and medium sized businesses. The acquisition of Infitech expands ProSource’s office technology solutions to include a full-range of IT offerings.

Founded in 1999 by Jeffrey Loeb and Dan Winterhalter, Infitech provides onsite and remote computer and network services, back-up and disaster recovery appliances and services, software and web application development as well as network security and firewall systems. The acquisition of Infitech enhances ProSource’s mission of providing a full spectrum of technology-driven products and services to simplify office operations, reduce costs and maximize productivity.
