Gameloft Optimizes Nine Hit Games for Android TV

Gameloft, a leading global publisher of digital and social games, has optimized nine of its most popular games for Android TV, including Pocket Gamer’s 2014 recipient of Android Game of the Year, Asphalt 8: Airborne, and 2014 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award and 2013 BAFTA Kids’ Vote winner, Despicable Me: Minion Rush.

Gameloft shows its continued dedication to gamers by bringing rescaled graphics, an enhanced display, adjusted gameplay controls and many other new features to the big screen with Android TV. In addition to Asphalt 8: Airborne and Despicable Me: Minion Rush, Gameloft optimized GT Racing 2, Dungeon Hunter 4, Ice Age Village, Modern Combat 4, My Little Pony – Friendship is Magic, Wonder Zoo and World at Arms for Android TV.

“We’ve worked closely with Google to enhance the quality of several of our best games for Android TV, bringing a very exciting game play experience to life on the big screen,” said Baudouin Corman, VP of Publishing for the Americas, Gameloft. “Gameloft’s goal is to expand the accessibility and reach of high-quality games, and we are proud to support new innovations coming from our partners that will enhance the gamer experience.”

Android TV will be available worldwide this fall, and Gameloft games can be downloaded on the Google Play store.
