Juniper Group, Inc. ( OTCBB: JNIP ) today announced that its wholly-owned telecommunications subsidiary has signed a Master Service Agreement with one of the industry giants, a leading owner and operator of over 25,000 wireless and broadcast sites in the United States and abroad.
By using all of the professional resources at its disposal, and having an enormous site portfolio, this wireless and broadcast icon is developing the processes and structure required to have complete customer satisfaction at every level and achieve that with more success than anyone else in the industry. Juniper is proud to be considered among those resources.
The Master Service Agreement calls for Juniper to perform construction and equipment installation or other tower services including maintenance and technical upgrades. Juniper hopes to begin operations under this Agreement within the third quarter of this year.
Vlado P. Hreljanovic, President, said: “We have worked diligently to be in a position to sign this Master Service Agreement, and it is very gratifying for us to have achieved this. We are hopeful that project bids will be forthcoming. We are looking forward to a happy and successful relationship as one of their vendors of choice.”
