WireX Systems, the security pioneer of advanced network forensics, announced the appointment of Paul Gabrik as executive vice president of sales to lead the global sales organization. Gabrik’s appointment is part of a larger effort to capitalize on WireX’s business momentum — adding key leadership roles and simultaneously expanding its North American presence with the opening of its new headquarters in Sunnyvale, Calif.
Gabrik brings over 20 years of enterprise software sales leadership and executive management experience to WireX Systems and has risen to the top as a leading security sales executive with several of today’s most well-known IT security companies. At WireX, he will be responsible for building the company’s global sales strategy and global sales team to further establish the company’s footprint within the large enterprise.
Prior to joining WireX Systems, Gabrik worked in the information protection market at Secure Islands, where he led sales and the company into a successful acquisition by Microsoft in 2015. He also served as a global sales leader and partner at Accenture, where he managed a portfolio of software industry business units, and also spent four years as vice president of sales at McAfee. Earlier in his career, Paul held sales leadership roles at HP/Mercury Interactive, Bay Networks, and Xerox.
“I’m thrilled to add Paul to our executive leadership team to help meet the demands of our growing global customer base,” said Tomer Saban, co-founder and CEO of WireX Systems. “Paul will not only enable us to meet the increasing market need for advanced network forensics, but will also allow us to tap into his unique and storied experience with some of security’s most respected clients.”
