Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI LLC) announced that it has achieved the ServiceNow Gold Partner designation. This accomplishment recognizes CDI’s commitment to certification, training and product expertise that helps its customers access powerful ServiceNow solutions to transform how work gets done.
Gold is the highest level available to ServiceNow partners and has the strictest minimum requirements for membership. Currently, only eight percent of ServiceNow Partners qualify as Gold. To achieve Gold Partner status, CDI had to successfully deliver countless ServiceNow implementations and maintain a minimum Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) of 8.4 on a scale of 0 to 10. CDI has exceeded the number of required customer success stories and maintains an average Customer Satisfaction Score of 9.0.
“CDI is proud to have officially reached Gold Partner status, but while Gold is a great accomplishment, it is not a business strategy,” said Rich Falcone, President, Sales, CDI. “Our strategy is to collaborate with customers to make the NOW Platform work better, smarter and faster by integrating multiple technologies to drive real business outcomes. Competitors who are stuck in past paradigms underutilize the platform and don’t enable its full potential. Our engineers, architects and sales representatives have worked tirelessly to build their expert knowledge and acquire the relevant ServiceNow certifications to enhance CDI’s capabilities and redefine the partner landscape for ServiceNow.”
The ServiceNow Sales Partner Program recognizes partners based on their demonstrated sales engagements, product and solutions knowledge, and proven experience driving customer success and revenue growth. It is important for organizations to choose a partner who has a high level of achievement within the ServiceNow Sales partner program, as it ensures they are staying up to date with the ever-expanding capabilities offered by ServiceNow.
CDI provides a full range of ServiceNow solutions including IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), configuration database management (CMDB), ServiceNow-as-a-Service, CDI Managed ServiceNow, and its proprietary Hybrid Cloud Automation Framework (HCAF). CDI leadership have participated as featured guest speakers at the Knowledge Conference and have hosted regional ServiceNow User Groups (SNUG), an interactive forum for developers, technical IT staff and business professionals to network, share best practices and learn about the newest products and solutions from ServiceNow.
