HelloOffice Announces Company Name Change to Raise, Launches New Product and Service Line

Raise, the technology-powered commercial real estate brokerage helping companies re-imagine the workplace, announced the official launch of its re-designed technology platform, new website, and new workplace services offering for all clients. The company will fully transition to Raise Commercial Real Estate from its former moniker of HelloOffice.

“The pandemic accelerated the future of the workplace in a matter of months, what was previously a decade in the making,” said Justin Bedecarre, CEO of Raise. “After surveying hundreds of clients and interviewing workplace leaders across many industries, it was clear to us that the reimagination of work is upon us. The need for intuitive technology and scalable workplace services has never been greater.”

Capitalizing on its $20 million Series A funding raised in the height of the pandemic, Raise is uniquely positioned to help companies both reimagine how they work and build the office of the future.

“Raise is a perfect name for this team and its incredible platform,” said Maryanne Caughey, Head of People at Notion. “The company truly brings a transformational approach to our real estate. The entire team has equipped us with the strategies, tactics, and tools we need to respond to our dynamic workforce and meet our growth goals.”

The Raise platform digitizes the archaic, siloed processes commonplace in commercial real estate. Its disruptive technology allows brokers, project managers, and workplace strategists to directly interact with tenants, helping them build multi-market real estate portfolios and operate collaborative, dynamic workplaces for employees. Raise clients range from established, publicly traded organizations like Palantir to high-growth startups like Brex.

“Our commitment to serving clients in this new world of work can only be achieved by combining the most intuitive technology solutions alongside the leading experts in brokerage, project management, and workplace strategy. Our service compliments our technology, and we couldn’t be where we are today without both,” Bedecarre said.

In addition to its new technology platform, Raise has assembled a world-class team of workplace innovators to lead clients, from financial services to bio-technology and software companies, to navigate the office of the future. Comprising workplace experts from Tesla, Zynga, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, Raise’s newest service offering provides clients robust return-to-office playbooks and hybrid workplace implementation plans. Raise is now rolling out these services to all new and existing clients.

“Since our founding, we’ve looked at commercial real estate differently than traditional brokerages,” said Bedecarre. “Our new name reflects our ability to consistently raise the bar for both brokers and clients alike. The Raise brand illustrates our passion for innovation, culture and radical collaboration.”

The new logo, which includes two dark green geometric shapes stacked atop one another to form the letter R, maintains a distinctly architectural feel while maintaining maximum flexibility. The logo encapsulates Raise’s mission of re-imagining commercial real estate from the ground up, by powering collaboration across unified teams, and building technology for every new today.

Last quarter, the company also announced its expansion to Silicon Valley, complementing existing footprints in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Raise will continue to expand to other key markets across the country in 2021. For more information on Raise and its services, visit www.raise.work.
