Bidz.com, Inc. Continues to See Strong International Growth and Performance

Bidz.com (NASDAQ: BIDZ), a leading online auctioneer of jewelry, announced today that it is seeing very encouraging results from its newly launched Spanish-language version of its online auction site, Bidz.com. In June, traffic on the company’s website from Spain, Mexico, Chile and Columbia has been among the top ten countries.

Growth in sales from outside of the United States continues to be strong. The company expects to see its international sales up over 50% from the second quarter of fiscal 2007.

As previously announced, the company expects to launch additional foreign language translations of its online auction site. An Arabic translation is in progress and is scheduled to be launched during the third quarter.

Additionally, the company is reaffirming its previous guidance for the second quarter and for the full fiscal year 2008. Management continues to expect second quarter revenue in the range of $48-50 million, and EPS of $0.09-$0.11, and 2008 revenue of $225-$230 million and EPS of $0.52-$0.55.
