InSys Consulting Services, Inc. announces the expansion of the company’s management team with the appointment of Deborah Blomfield as Technical Director.

“Deborah is a person I’ve known for years, and have had the pleasure of working with in previous roles,” said Linda Magnusson-Rosario, President and CEO. “I was always impressed with her performance, abilities and people skills, as well as her understanding of the business. She’s the kind of person you’d love to have on your team, and it’s a real break for us that she became available.”

Deborah’s background is in sales, marketing and project management, but she’s also worked as a field consultant. Her most recent technical posting was at Thomson Reuters, where she managed onshore to offshore staff migrations as part of a global workforce realignment. That job involved the coordination of activities such as staff identification, talent acquisition and knowledge transfer.

She’s also worked as an independent businesswoman, running her own retail furnishings store and interior design business, while serving as president of the Merchants Guild in Warwick, New York. She is a co-founder of the Warwick Independent Business Alliance.

Deborah herself is happy to have made the InSys connection. “I think it’s wonderful that InSys is taking the trouble to connect with its field resources,” Deborah said. “That’s become more and more unusual as rate pressure cuts into consulting margins. I’m happy to be a part of it.”

As Technical Director, Deborah will focus on client communications, employee job satisfaction and general relationship-building with both clients and InSys resources.
