Passlogix® Inc. announced today that CEO Marc Boroditsky was featured in a June 16th PBS “Nightly Business Report” segment investigating how small firms are finding ways to profit during the recession.
During the segment, Boroditsky discusses Passlogix’s continued success despite direct competition from large companies like IBM, CA and Novell. He attributes Passlogix’s growth, with nearly doubled revenues in the past two years, to the role strong customer service plays in swaying customers away from large companies.
“The thing about small companies that’s different than big companies is that you can’t hide,” said Boroditsky, referring to the advantages small companies have when it comes to customer support. “So, the bottom line is the problems become very visible very quickly. If you are prepared to deal with them, it’s possible for you to be a lot more successful than big companies.”
