Best Buy Commences Tender Offer to Acquire Napster, Inc.
Best Buy Co., Inc. (NYSE:BBY), through its direct wholly-owned subsidiary Puma Cat Acquisition Corp., commenced a cash tender offer to purchase all outstanding shares of common stock of Napster, Inc.
